Terreno Realty Corporation ("Terreno", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Company") acquires, owns and operates industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets: New York City/Northern New Jersey, Los Angeles, Miami, San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Washington, D.C.
